Plasma Cutting

Forming
Cut steel plates are formed into specified shapes (circular, polygonal, etc.) using specialized bending machines for metal stock.
Welding
Formed plates are welded longitudinally using AC inverter-controlled systems with seam-tracking arc-guide mechanisms for precision alignment and stable operation.
Galvanization
All poles receive complete hot-dip galvanization (internal and external) meeting IS2629-1985 and BS729-1971 standards for superior corrosion protection.
